So always looking for partners as a supplier is able to provide with competitive price and good quality together with next procedure;1) Buyer issues a LOI or ICPO with Soft Probe Funds and Full Bank Details.2) Seller issues Full Corporate Offer.3) Buyer sign, seal and return the FCO and send MT 999 for bank of seller.4) Seller issues Draft Contract.5) Buyer sign, seal and return the Contract, seller sign the Contract and return to the Buyer.6) Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed Contract to their respective Banks.7) Within 3 banking days, Buyer Bank sends a Non operative SBLC or BG for total negotiation value to the seller Bank8) Within 48 hours Seller Bank sends Proof of Products POP and PB 2% via Swift Bank to Bank methods to the Buyer Bank for activate instrument of payment.9) Instrument of payment SBLC or BG is operative.10) Shipment commences as per the terms of the contract schedule.
